The Concept

Florent is the founder of GRAVITYLAB. After an unconventional path, he’s built up his cycling experience since 2002. He opened the first shop in Tignes in 2014 after living several years in Canada and New Zealand. Former mechanic for the Devinci Global Racing Team on DH and Enduro World Cups, working with riders like Stevie Smith, Nick Beer, and Damien Oton. Florent is above all a passionate cyclist, riding MTB, road, and some gravel, and he’ll be happy to share his experience with you.

Joining the team in 2024, Alexis is your advisor for sales and rentals. A passionate road cyclist and competitor, he can help you choose the right bike and gear, and offer advice on nutrition. Alexis is also trained in Bike Fitting, and with his racer’s approach, he can optimize your position for improved comfort and performance.

The longest-standing member of the team! Benoît started in 2021 and was there when the shop opened in the Quartier des Alpins. With his long experience in cycling and his passion for parts and gear, he will guide you in your choices. Skilled in both sales and workshop thanks to his background as a bike technician, his versatility and always-cheerful attitude make him a key asset to the team.

Head of the workshop. With a background in high-level automotive mechanics as a diesel specialist and a self-taught path, he quickly became a qualified bike technician. A true mechanics geek, passionate about hydraulics, kinematics, and any system with moving parts, he can respond to all your technical requests and maintain your bike with great care.

The “Kiwi”. Antoine lives in Queenstown, New Zealand the rest of the year and follows endless summers, returning each summer since 2023 as the workshop’s second technician alongside Lilian. With his experience in hydraulic maintenance and tuning, he’s great at helping you fine-tune your bike’s suspension. In addition to being a meticulous bike tech, he’s also an excellent enduro MTB rider and regularly competes in international races.
